And @Luck is there a way to avoid the brain blood pressure rising to dangerous levels? How do you tell when it's too much? And does having caffeine or Nitric Oxide increase the chances of some bullshyt like this happening?

Also, do you sacrifice form when you tryin to step your max weight up to the next level for example by half-reppin it until you settle at the new level?
Brain aneyurisms happen randomly for any reason. It's just one of those things you can't think too much about :damn:

You don't have anything to worry about for the most part if you don't have a condition already. But make sure you're breathing properly, when you see them videos of people passing out during lifts its from them holding their breath while lifting, especially heavy lifting. Easy way to pass out and raise your blood pressure thru the roof

Nah you never sacrifice form for anything especially when goin heavy because that's the main way to injure yourself. And remember a lot of injuries don't just go away, some linger and nag you forever so always put your body first with good form. The numbers will go up with time and consistency, not shytty ego liftin

Just started going back the other day.... Tonight was day 2. I know I gotta start off easy/light first before I harm self. I can't stop this time......already feeling the soreness :whew:

Yes a trainer will fukk your wife if you aren't doin your job at the crib or she just a thot. Usually it's the former tho because the husband stopped showing her attention and affection or maybe just work too much and ain't never there while that nikka at the gym givin her all types of positive reinforcement. If it ain't the trainer it's another nikka at the gym.

Will I be alright if I'm consistent and have proper form, but tend to overeat(carbs mostly)? I actually enjoy going to the gym, but find it somewhat difficult to resist eating cleaner/healthier meals(pizza/Chinese food/etc)

Do you "overeat" your carbs by themselves or with some kind of a protein source?

Protein blunts the insulin effect of carbs but the FDA/ people trying to sell one size fits all diet plans tell people about mythical "bad" carbs like they're the boogeyman to make $$$, leaving out the part that it's assumed you're eating simple carbs (sugary snacks etc) by themselves.




Moderation is key, pizza and even Chinese food can have their place if you know how to work them in. If you like to eat, you have to move more to offset it.

-Never appear to be the antisocial guy in the gym, it puts people off. Also, you should be cool with some cats that you regularly see at the gym because they could teach you a new technique that can help you. We're all tryna improve on our body so you may aswell ask for help when you need it

-As boring as legs are you gotta make sure you're always working on your legs. Some guys out here look really dumb having a huge upper body and skinny legs

-Don't listen to the music at your gym unless you know the gym plays good music. Most of the time its trash - you workout better when you're listening to songs that personally pump you up

-You're not gonna make the progress you want if you go to the gym with your primary focus being on looking at other women. If you're working out the focus should always be on yourself

-Step your calisthenics game up cause you look funny in the light when you can lift weights but struggle to lift your own body weight doing pull ups n shyt

-Always go during off peak hours

-Cats avoid gym during December (the holidays) then they all rush into gym in January-February to work off the fat that they put on during winter.. most of this crowd will disappear mid march only to come back around May-June to get the 'summer body' they think they can obtain in just a month :francis:

Do I just go ahead and cut?

I mean this depends on what goal(s) you have set for yourself. Fat is gonna come with you bulking but you eating clean as hell can counteract that. The fat can be burned off semi easily when you cut especially when you have a lot of lean body mass so I'd say finish bulking to a point you find accepted then go on a cut, slow and sustained with proper eating cardio so you lose minimal muscle

A few, over 10 I'd guess but not as many as you think because it gets messy at the gym and when you in shape your girl will try to make it as known as possible that you're taken.

I'm maintaining. Age, lifting heavy with sloppy form as a youth and sports have my joints on some :whoa: slow down shyt. Plus tendinitis from heavy lifting from so many years so I rarely max or push myself too hard. I do mostly super sets like I did in that video

Not that common on the south side and surrounding areas, nikkas don't have the money or really need that shyt. Only situation I know steroids were involved was with some white boys trainers at a gym I was at takin some shyt that made their dikks limp for a couple weeks :mjlol: I was like "how you know your dikk isn't just bout to stop working permanately :dahell:" they got gains and strength quick but couldn't maintain it at all. That's really how I assume people are usin the shyt because they fall off hard and fast when they aren't on the shyt or stop lifting for awhile. when if you doin it the proper way you can take time off or bullshyt and your gains won't disappear like that, you'll get flabby but when you hit it hed for a few months you'll get what you lost right back. So it ain't that common at all.

And to add to that, those white boys on bodybuilding.com assume swole nikkas in the joint or fresh out smuggle the shyt in when most nikkas in prison are broke and just tryin to eat. I've never seen it in prison at all or even heard of it. @Originalgangsta317 can probably cosign the same

Genetics and how hard you work/what exercises you do also take into acountability.

I can see differences within a week of working out because of genetics, "newbie gains" etc.
