Everything else is fluff. If you’re at “rock bottom” and thinking about dying, then figure out one thing you’d like to do, and pursue that relentlessly. Literally pursue that ferociously. You’ll either die, OR you’ll end up finding purpose. If I was at rock bottom that’s what I would do

I still paying literally and figuratively because I moved in with a broke single mom

You don't really have any true friends, people hang with you for what you can provide for them, and they drop you when they're done with you. Of course they're exceptions but it's rare.

I've found that what I call friends are people who don't need anything from me, they want to be around just because.

#2 wear a condom and don’t fall in love in your 20s. Grind your ass off (not just work but gym, reading, eating healthy, mental work etc) in your 20s and when you’re in your 30s you’ll find who you want to be with and your selection will be MUCH better than when you were distracted and not established in your 20s

Except alot of the good wife material are going to be happily married with kids when they hit their 30s.

I still believe that. I had friends like that in the beginning then they switched up on me .

I have a brother and sister who still ride with me no matter what

This is law. My older brother gave me this advice when I was like 20 and it has legit saved my life.
