Why my taxes go up every year? :wtf:

Why does wildlife always try to make their way into my house costing me money? :dahell:

A simple thing like buying a bird feeder cost me hundreds because squirrels liked the seeds and wanted to move right next to the food source. I want to poison all those bytches and leave their rotting corpses on my lawn as a warning to others.

I used to love all my trees in my backyard but last year those spotted fakkit flies ruined it. I got something for their asses this year though :demonic:

IMO Home Depot is the cheat code for laying your house out. Their in-house brands are nice and the installation is always basic as fukk. I changed out light fixtures, ceiling fans, doors, faucets, sinks. All types of shyt. I never built shyt until I got a house. They also give you financing for long periods of time with no interest.

I saved a lot of money with they diy shyt.

Yep! They throw you credit too if you have even decent credit. I encourage everyone to seek out learning how to fix the basics around the house too. Saves a whole lot of money and can be fun too. I hate the feeling of calling someone to fix something and not knowing if you are getting ripped off etc. it su

bought a houseboat on friday..

no property tax! in Nevada
. GOAT state.. im in rochester ny visiting family left yesterday!

That's interesting. I'm from Detroit, and used to see people living in houseboats Downriver. I was always interested in purchasing a nice sailboat when I retire and just sailing up and down the coast of The Americas. I don't want to just keep it docked and never move though. fukk that, I want to actually pilot my houseboat.

My current plan for retirement is to purchase a brand new Airstream, and brand new pickup or a classic Bronco to pull it, and travel across North America.

How do you like the houseboat? What made you go that route?

yep, I've taken some of their classes to. Also, if you have a Habitat for Humanity in your area you can volunteer to help build houses in your free time. That's how I learned how to use a staple gun and lay carpet.

Buying a crib aint a set and forget it type of affair. There will be repairs, upgrades and random shyt that pops up, that you have to be prepared for. Some you can do on your own, some you gotta get a professional to do.

For example:
My dumbass accidentally let the water overflow in the tub and it leaked into the living room :damn:
Had to cop a wetvac and pay to repaint the ceiling smh

But growing up with a single mom where I had to do some small repairs around the house prepared me. Plus my pops was the black Bob Vila doing a ton of home improvement stuff on his own, so I would help him out with a few projects and get advice when I bought my crib during the pandemic.

OP you can get that insured by your cities water department. Its mad cheap 2. Someone told me about that a few years ago and I did it ASAP. took like a month to process but I'm golden now. You should do it for the future.

Fighting rodents and other animals. Here I am scouring my property, sealing up every hole to keep mice out. Waking up finding possums and in the yard.

This is what I get for living near the woods.
shyt like this is why I'll have to get a condo if I ever buy. I can't stand bugs and anything with four legs and a tail. Dogs and cats are cool but I don't want one of them either.

Yea they give me increases just cause. I took advantage of the 24 months no interest in Dec and got a brand new washer/dryer. Paying like $53 a month on like $3300 worth of credit right now. I plan to have it down to $1000 by the end of the year.
