Well I know that now, but I mean at the time when the Mr.America thing went down I was confused.I also was confused when Vince showed Hogan unmasking himself to the fans after the show went off the air. I didn't think they kept the cameras rolling when the show ended.
Also, I was confused as to how Hogan beat that lie detector test.
That doesn't mean that he himself is smart tho. He could just be related/married to a smart successful person that lives there.
I really the gimmick is that he's lying about being smart and hes actually stupid it would make all the bad things that happen to him make more sense.

from jump he should be giving examples to prove why he's supposed to be so intelligent. Like one time on a random raw he said he graduated from High School at age 14 he do more things like that.
