I mean dude has to be booking to the ring like a trackstar in complete darkness

why is throwing someone into the ring steps not a DQ or smashing them on the ring post, but if you pick up the stairs and hit them or put the, through the announce table its a DQ?

What is the kayfabe justification for keeping jobbers around? It seems like it would hurt the credibility of the organization to actively employ guys who do nothing but lose matches all the time. Plus, if they really wanted to showcase new talent, they could just bring in some local jobbers for cheap.
