It was acknowledged a few times although very subtle. Scenes where he’d see a woman walk past and he’d look like he’s intrigued or talking about woman in a sexual way insinuating he liked women. Funny as hell because it was done before and after that scene if you can remember.And they never even acknowledged this afterwards

As I'm watching season 4 it's some lowkey funny shyt.
1. Rawls is subtly making faces disagreeing with every decision Burrell is making as commissioner. Playing both sides in case Royce or Carcetti wins so he can make his case to be commissioner. In particular the scene when Burrell moved Norris off the case when the witness got murdered and put rookie Kima on it.
2. Herc walking in on Royce getting domed up by the secretary was hilarious.
Royce loses the debate to Carcetti. The next episode Royce and his team are restrategizing.
Royce says to his team "Carcetti wanna get all big dikk with me. Well I'll show him." Lol
