I did Tae Kwon Do when was a teen. Thinking of getting back into Martial Arts

I have surveyed all the Martial Arts and have narrowed it down to these two. Which do you think would be better to take up?

But personally I’d do Wing Chun for the hand defense and BJJ for grappling and ground techniques since I already did light boxing training and know enough to shadowbox on my own. Extra points if I can find a Kalari instructor but that’s a rarity.

Between your choices prolly better to do Kickboxing since you already have some Tae Kwon Do experience.

Kickboxing>>>>>>>

Or do wrestling.

I don't know what it is, but I'm not a fan of grappling on the floor and see it as unnecessary to learn. Am I wrong?

You ever fight a wrestler? Stamina through the roof and a better understanding of body mechanics. I started out as a kickboxer and then transitioned to wrestling. I wish I had started as a wrestler breh.

I'm a fan of Martial Arts that emphasize footwork and movement, and Wrestling and other grappling really does not which turns me off

Do you have some advantages when you Wrestle going into Kickboxing first because of the footwork advantage?

Kickboxing, it'll get you in great shape (all martial arts will).

TKD, is cool too. I heard it's a leg killer.

My ass wants to do Karate again, I'll be safe for 5 years. Once I hit 36 I'd gotta quit tho.
