1. How much money do you have saved?
2. Do you have a resume and if so, is it updated?

You can "easily" transform management skills into an office job, providing you had some type of impact on the company while you were in management. Managing "difficult" employees is one thing but did you increase revenue? decrease shrink? Improve efficiency of some sort aka the average checkout time was 5 minutes and you decreased it to 3 or something like that. This job may suck but based on the title alone, there are some valuable and transferable skills that could help you in the long run. If you can tough it out six months do that. Read some management books and try to make SOME sort of improvement. Even if you improve the work environment itself. In that 6 months also try to save as much money as you can (cut expenses where you can) and also try to network through your school. Hit up some professors or if you have a career or guidance center, see if they can help you with your resume or connect you to some employers. Try to grab an internship for the summer if you can.
