ima man & getting tapped by face, does that mean choked out?

:snoop: my bad breh that's supposed to be tapped by cacs :pachaha:

But choking someone out is only one way to tap somebody. But as a noob you need to tap early and often to 1. get over your ego and 2. avoid any unnecessary injuries.

I gotta reiterate start jogging and stretching before you start going to class. Nothing hurts worst than being out of shape and having to do Jiu Jitsu drills

What is you have a questionable knee??? Is this the kind of sport someone like that should be doing :ohhh:?? Or any other type of martial art for that matter??

You should go get it looked at beforehand if its really a problem. The gym I was at didn't allow kneebars while rolling so it was one less thing to worry about but your gym might not be that way.

So go get it looked at. And when you go to train be sure to tell your rolling partners that you have a knee problem and to go easy on the kneebars. You should be fine

If you have bad knees i cant reccomend doing this. If you have Decent knees id reccomend using a knee brace.

Yall still be fighting and ish......

I live in TX,....Peggy Sue ( .38) and Sallie Mae (Pistol Grip Pump) take care of those issues...

Fighting is so inefficient...
We're encouraging fitness while learning something thats useful friend. If everyone was saying they were going to learn how to play basketball you wouldnt be saying such things.

Its so demonic, friends.

We dont allow kneebars for anyone that isnt a purple belt and if anyone puts me in a footlock or knee bar i just tap. Its not worth trying to defend to see what happens. Know the escapes, drill the escapes but dont trust someone going 100 percent in sparring to let go when he should.

This is why we only allow higher belt to do this, friends. People dont pay this top dollar to get injured in practice.

We're talking about Practice friends. Practice :aicmon:
