What Benefit Are The Ropes In Comparison To The Weights? is it simply just another tool or something else?

I would think they would strengthen stabilizers or somethin

because when you jump rope with heavy ropes it's mostly just your wrist and forearms swiging the rope not any other muscle from what i can see

Not really imo, moreso for stamina, better off just doing wrist curls

i do 1000 jumps a day with 1/2 lb, 1 lb, and 2lb ropes. Takes me 45 min and i mix it up with pushups, shadow boxing, and other calisthenics. I've lost about 15 lbs over the past month and i was already in decent shape prior.

Jump rope is an excellent way to lose weight and get shredded. Plus ive added a few inches to my vertical. My legs have never been more defined. This combined with boxing has been excellent for my physique

Don't be a p*ssy, go all the way. RopeFit puts out an 8.0 lb rope that's 2" thick. No handle joints so your wrists/shoulders gotta brute force that shyt too. :wow:
