I don't think gay black men get selected for jobs because they phags. Remember those old cacs...a lot are conservative and generally vote republican...they are anti-gay. Hell even a lot of white men be on the down low and be married like that former white politician from NJ. But of course the media will blow the down low phenomenon up because blacks are attached to the term.
It's just a lot of gays and lesbians go to college and have to work hard because black families ain't gonna give a gay man any inheritance. A lot of gay black men have to work hard because they are unlikely to get married and get a partner to help out with bills. My mom's hairstylist is an old flamboyant gay black male and his family didn't leave him shyt and he is struggling and in debt. He lost his looks way back in the day due to getting older (according to people who grew up with him) and who wants an old sissy. He doesn't get aroused by women at all according to my mom so he lonely and struggling. Gay black men have to work hard and be successful to make it in the world. I also heard old unattractive gay men have to pay more attractive men for attention and sex like straight washed up older men pay or sponsor attractive women for sex and companionship.
I just don't see these racist conservative anti-gay cacs selecting gay black men just because they gay. It's probably because they better workers and they HAVE to work hard and provide for themselves. Don't forget some gay black men act like black women and a lot of black women are known for being militant, strong, rebellious, and aggressive and don't take shyt...I seen gay black men initiate those strong black women. Just like I seen black lesbians imitate strong angry black men who are hardcore and don't take shyt.
