I know dudes that say just that too, but then when nikkas see all these fakkits working at all these spots with black women and cacs surrounding them, nikkas start to thinking whats really the deal....Like everytime me and my girl hit the malls, in every store, its always always some black manager or salesperson working in every store and not just one of them.......and about one hetero nikka workin security....

Its not just about feeling comfortable with gay / effeminate black men. Its that black families would too greatly benefit from a straight black man having a well paying job. Its less about a black man in the office and more about a black man and his black wife and black kids in the neighborhood.

As in an upper/middle income neighborhood? Or middle/lower income likely black neighborhood? Or is that irrelevant to what you are saying?

The point is you said they don't hire black men because they don't want tall handsome black men around their white female coworkers. Based on your statement that means the only black men hard up for work would be the tall handsome ones and the rest should have no problem finding work. To add to that the study you cited does not take into consideration attractiveness so they either don't hire black men because they are scared even fat sloppy black men are going to "snatch" their women, or for another reason.
Furthermore aren't white women the head of HR more so than white men. So you could also assume white women also play a role in the lack of hiring of black men. But I'm sure you'll say that the women don't hire black men because they are concerned they would cheat on their white husbands because they have a repressed lust for the BBC.

well first, i never claimed white employers don't hire black men. i'm claiming they show a preference for gay black men over straight black men, hence the premise of this thread. second, the fear of BM taking WW wasn't started by me. this is a legitimate phobia cacs have--regardless of statistics or reality. to deny this, would be denying history and damn near everything they say about hypersexuality of black men. hell, hogan just fukked money off because of his fear of the black man.

of course they play a role, i'm not painting WW as innocent. end of the day, whites want to keep their opportunities and wealth exclusive to them. but this conversation is about why black gay males are preferred and paid more.
