We're pretty much at a place in the black community where ignorance is put on a pedestal . Only in the black community is ignorance promoted, glorified and ultimately rewarded. If you display characteristics of intelligence or just being "normal", you're labeled a "lame" or a "suburban nikka". We are a backwards thinking community(as evidenced in this thread). This has all been by design since the slave days tho.

you just have not lived long enough.
nor, do you have the actual socialization, knowledge and actualization in your own life to understand.
why things are the way they are and why things are skewed in this manner.
actually, the guys out being criminals know sumfin you don't.
if, you were so smart.

Lol at blaming capitalism. Black people are perfectly capable of doing for ourselves. We do not need government handouts to survive. To say that is to deny our own humanity and the will to do for ourselves.
We need more engaged and proactive parents.

this system is developed to keep us here and landlocked into where this country wants us to be.
(Totally not true. We are perfectly capable enriching our communities , yet we choose not to. The black community holds 1.1 trillion in spending power, however less than 25% goes back in the hands of our own people. Most of us are simply too lazy and apathetic to sacrifice for own people and future. Group economics is the answer but we continually and habitually stray away from practicing it. Instead we willingly choose to enrich other people)
there is no escaping it.
especially, after we just had a president who was educated enough and powerful enough to change it all.
Yet, is just a pawn for gays in black skin.
(And guess who voted almost unanimously for him in both elections? It comes as no surprise that so many of our people voted for him as we do for every Democratic candidate in every election. When has ANY Democratic politician done anything in our favor?)

In its infancy rap was an expression of urban plight. However to use excuse of art imitating life as it pertains to rap is no longer valid. Rap has morphed into a decadent culture that celebrates the negative elements in our community. Miss me with rap is just entertainment shyt because it isn't and its quite clear.
