I agree, that was my initial reaction too, Coogler blessed Stallone with so much good will and got people to really take it serious again and Slys first move is to make it ridiculous again to what, get his boy Dolph a role?

I will say this, Sly isn't racist, well actually, he might be, idk, but that's not why he has Adonis fighting a white dude. Sly is a shameless sell out, if he thought he could make money off it he would have Adonis join an all black wrestling league where the champion is Thunderlips's somehow black son. He doesn't give a shyt. This guy charges 800 for pictures with him and made The Expendables 3, a franchise who's main selling point was that it was gonna be an old fashioned R rated action flick with action stars you loved, and he made the 3 one PG13 and benched the old action stars for Ron DeRousey and Victor Ortiz because he thought it would make him more money. This dude is the ultimate sellout and does not give a fukk.

That said, I'll prob see Creed 2 twice in theaters.

Once Adonis became a boxer, you had to bring in Drago in some fashion. Maybe not this way, but this is the route they chose.

Movie will be entertaining, especially for Rocky fans.
