Their needs to be a moratorium so RFA can fairly get paid like everyone else. Without it no one would never go after them considering your capspace would be held up for days and lose out on UFAS

Would it change anything though? The RFAs that are definite max players got signed by their own teams. The rest are still out there while teams are verbally committing to guys they know they can get.
