Question. When you started tracking your BP was it lower when you were taking independent readings? Because I don't know about you, but I get white coat syndrome like a motherfukker. BP will go up in a medical setting, but be lower when I take home readings.

Yeah for me it was higher at the dentist to the point where I almost couldn’t get the work done… but it was generally higher when I was checking it independently. but it’s been getting lower and I’ve been getting 120ish over 80ish lately

I don't know why people don't tell you this either. I was in my 20s first time i had beets. Nobody warned me it would come out the other end looking like this.

Yupp sugar can indirectly cause high blood pressure. Sugar makes your arteries clogged

Drinking water by itself doesn't lower your bloodpressure. Drinking beet juice does.
