Definitely finna try this.

Got a good vitamin regimen but needed something for BP. It's definitely a hereditary thing because my blood sugar, LDL/HDL, sodium levels etc, are all excellent. Always had higher BP and it didn't matter how lean/healthy I was. Lower with a healthy diet but still needed medication.

Moms always talked up beets. Looks like momma is right lol!

I'm the same way, I've been slender my whole life and my cholesterol/blood sugar/etc are all fine but by BP has always ran high.

My dad has also had high BP as long as I can remember and he's average weight. Genetics is a bytch sometimes :francis:

As someone that drinks a lot of water, I didn’t see it making a substantial difference. My BP wasn’t crazy but it was a little elevated when I went to the Dr. Noticed it was super high in the dentist and i started tracking it. Then started making this drink and it’s been in the normal range. I just know I didn’t want to take BP medicine
If you don't mind me asking, what is your height/weight?

I see that you mentioned that you didn't want to take BP meds but If you were to take pills it wouldn't necessarily be a lifelong thing. You could ask your doctor to give you a low dose of lisinopril/HTZ 10mg/12.5 and mix in some intermittent fasting could regulate your BP in under 30 days.

The only thing about the drink you posted is it can work but one bad night/week of eating can cause really high spikes in your pressure as opposed to medicine that will stabilize and then you can get off the medicine and keep a better regiment. The medicine may work better if high BP is hereditary for you.

5’11 216. I’m down from 228 I was at to end the year. I’ve been as high as 265 but that was a while back.

Question. When you started tracking your BP was it lower when you were taking independent readings? Because I don't know about you, but I get white coat syndrome like a motherfukker. BP will go up in a medical setting, but be lower when I take home readings.
Yeah I get worked up about having to wait, nervous about being around sick people, worried about what the doctor will have to say. So whenever I get it taken in the office it comes in just a little high. I've learned just taking a couple deep breaths once I sit down it will stop that from happening now. The last few readings have matched my at home readings.
