I just came in to say prime penny Hardaway > lebron.

Penny was the most versatile. He had a better post game, ball handling and much better jumpshot.

Lebron is better at rebounding I guess:yeshrug:

we never seen prime penny though :mjcry:

in his first 3 years he was all NBA 1ST team twice :ohlawd:

Penny and Grant Hill would have definitely been fighting w/ Shaq, TD, LBJ, and Kobe for the best since Jordan if they could have stayed healthy.

Also if R. Sampson would have stayed healthy with Hakeem. Bird, Magic, and MJ probably get a few less rings. It's funny how shyt happens

I dont think that is what he is trying to say breh.... but check this...
yall do know MJ NEVER played on a winning team that DIDNT include Pip right? Pip did play on winning teams that didnt include Mike tho. :sas2:
remember that year Scottie missed like the first 35 games or some shyt and the Bulls were right around .500 in the very beginning? They ended up losing 11 of their first 35 games (the games Pip missed) but when he returned they only lost 8 out of their final 46 games. :ohhh:

Pippen also nearly made it to the finals when MJ retired and carried the Bulls to a 55 win season. When MJ was gone, Pip became the 2nd player to lead his team in points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals.

I think the only guy in recent history to even come close to doing that was Fat Lever back in 89 when he lead the Nuggets in all those categories except blocks.

When you go back and look at the year after teams lost their superstar players, Bird, Magic, Russell, Wilt.......and Lebron.....look at how many games their record dropped from the year before. All resulted in double-figures difference in the lost column....and when Lebron left.....the Cavs went from best to worst. When Mike retired, the Bulls only lost 2 more games than they did the prior season. :patrice:

Some of u may not remember this....but MJ was close to being traded to the Clippers the year before Pip arrived. The same thing they said about Kobe after Shaq left, they said about Mike. They doubted he could ever win. They said he was a great scorer and individual player but doubted he could carry a team to the finals even. Remember, up to that time, he was 5 years in and had only won 1 playoff game. (but people often criticize T-Mac for this, and he played with garbage players)

The Bulls pondered trading MJ. Likewise with the Lakers and Kobe. There are only a few players who have never even been considered to be "traded" during their primes. Lebron is one of those players. He's turned garbage teams into 60 plus win teams. Jordan and Kobe never did that.

Oh..and back to that season where Pip missed those 35 games...MJ went on record to say had he known that he would not have came back. He said numerous times he would not play without Pippen.

just sayin :francis:
I mean, if you're gonna do the "Pip won 50+ without MJ and got to the ECF" argument to put LBJ over MJ, all one has to do is bring up Wade 2006 as a counter argument. Pip never won without MJ. On the flipside, LBJ's running mate already carved out a 1st ballot Hall Of Fame career in his 1st 7yrs and already had a Finals MVP. How many rings has Pip won without MJ. Heck, how many has LBJ won without Wade?

Wade had the greatest all time Veteran support on that Heat team.

Reasons why when Shaq and them left he couldn't win another until Lebron came back

Brolic... Alcoholics
Just stop Jordan is the GOAT and will forever be

Even if Lebron manages to break the all time scoring record in a game and 4 peat fRon this point Jordan will always be the GOAT.

But

I was born in 89

I'm not gonna sit and lie like I grew up watching Jordan. I was more into football back then watch Emmitt Smith, Barry Sanders and Deon Sanders ball out.

So I appreciate of the greatest of Jordan but I wasn't a fan.

That's why I laugh when these 90s babies stan Jordan. When you probably became a fan just from watching his highlights off of youtube.

Want to mention that Flu game all the time but the real nikkas nikkas know he just had a hangover

Sugar Ray Robinson is my favorite fighter to watch. :yeshrug:

Nobody who gets outplayed by Jason Terry in the finals can be better than MJ :yeshrug:
LeBron was literally attempting fadeaway shots over Terry, Barrera and Kidd in the post, instead of backing them down and taking it to the rim. Meanwhile on the flipside, Wade was blocking Tyson Chandlers dunk attempts face up at the rim.

:snoop:

God bless LeBron for winning us 2 more titles, but as a Heat fan I'll never forget the 2011 Finals. I can't erase it from my mind.

Wade had a back court of 39yr old GP and a 33yr old Jason Williams. Dwade held the perimiter by himself defensively and offensively. Further more, When Shaq went through his injury stretches when he would miss a series or two(2005 Eastern Conference Semifinals) Wades numbers actually INCREASED, and they ended up sweeping the Wizards with Shaq wearing a suit on the bench. They won behind Wade averaging 31/8/7. Wade didn't win another because he was on Heat squads that were starting Jamario Moon. Not because he didn't have Shaq or LBJ.

You conveniently left out the fact that bulls team also had 2 other all stars in horace grant and bj armstrong.Grant was in a contract year and had the best season of his career up to that point and they lost in the 2nd round not the ecf

You're also conveniently leaving out the fact that the bulls in 94-95 were a struggling barely .500 team without MJ that was 34-31 and a 6 seed when mike returned.Pippen led them in all categories that year too

Bulls went 24-11 without pippen which was the 1 seed in the east but the way you worded it made it sound like they struggled and pippen just saved the season
