What's understood don't gotta be explained. It's obvious you not built for this.
I think you feel like I was questioning your routine. I could give the smallest of damns about that.

If you are saying dude reached that level of mass with 20 push-ups a day only then you aren't very smart. If you are saying he didn't then that's been my stance the entire time and you just enjoy using a keyboard.

It's not so much how defined he is, but it's the mass. You are not building that much mass on 20 pushups a day alone. Matter of fact, if you naturally have a metabolism high enough to stay ripped like that without going hard in the gym, you are definitely not putting on mass like that without either high rep full bodyweight circuits or pushing steel.
Thank you. Ppl are looking at the definition and ignoring the biggest part which is his mass. You're not building a chest that massive off of 20 push-ups a day. You're not doing that with a full workout regiment either. He's def using drugs

It's very apparent you don't know what you're talking about.
There are nikkas in prison locked in their cell for 23 hours out the day, and do NOTHING but pushups & situps and come out lookin like WARRIORS.

Refer to my above reply to Giselle.
I'm sure they were lifting during that one hr

Y'all don't understand dude said the result of him doing 20 push-ups a day is why his chest is so big. But he's been doing it for years, 20 push-ups won't get you nowhere, now 100 that's different.

Shyt like that is true and def adds up, let's say for example dude is 25 years old and has been doing 20 push-ups since he was 13 that's almost 4500 push-ups right there. That adds up. If anyone doesn't believe me look up Hershel Walkers story, there's a reason why he was built like an NFL player in high school using only body weight.

I can vouch from experience I used to do 50-100 push-ups everyday from age 13-17. Sure I had a lil mass on me, but nothing special. When I started weight training my chest blew up, in fact it's still my biggest muscle and I don't even hit it like that.
Herschel Walker played three seperate sports and weightlifted.

Increasing the volume of push-ups and sit-ups over time.
Not just that, there are weights in prison.

What man is gonna stop a random stranger on the street like "Yo breh, you got a big chest"

:scust::dahell:

Happens all the time my guy. Dudes approach my Bol all the time. He built like a 220lb version of this guy in the vid. Nigerian too

As a west African, i can say he's is probably not lying. Most of my cousins and brothers are naturally ripped. I attribute it to our melanin, diet (high in protein and fiber), as well as genetics. My cousins in nigeria were all basically ripped with six packs and very lean.

Melanin is the key...:blessed:

I notice a lot of Nigerian bols still in their 20s will have that veiny Bruce lee look . All that fiber in the cassava leaf stew must equal out all the carbs in the fufu
