I disagree, all dude said was if you want a big chest, do 20 push ups a day. That's it.

I can cosign this all the way, bench press, barbell presses never did much for my chest but when I do 25 push ups a day for a week, it looks like I have bullet proof armor under my shirt.

You're never suppose to over work your muscles. Reps are the key.

If you do 20 push ups a day every day without missing a day it is possible it will just take a long ass time, but eventually you will get there.

yall underestimate pure west african genes. As long as you eat right and aint a couch potato, you can maintain a solid body. Especially if youre younger.
Very true....my African genes come from the Ivory Coast. i build muscle/burn fat very quickly (in only one-two months, my draws started to fit too big).Plus, I seemingly don't age.....

You are still not putting on mass like dude in the vid doing 20 pushups alone. That's the entire premise of this thread. You could have the genes of the Rock and you still aren't getting brolic like that unless you're putting in hella work.

That has to be the only thing i can think of.

He either does them in different variations... Ultra slow, fast, jumping, leg off the ground, both legs off ground, one armed, etc... Over a long period of time

20 pushups is barely a warmup for me anyday... And dude looked like he was struggling
