I disagree, all dude said was if you want a big chest, do 20 push ups a day. That's it.
I can cosign this all the way, bench press, barbell presses never did much for my chest but when I do 25 push ups a day for a week, it looks like I have bullet proof armor under my shirt.
You're never suppose to over work your muscles. Reps are the key.
If you do 20 push ups a day every day without missing a day it is possible it will just take a long ass time, but eventually you will get there.
