not synthol not unnatural. he's too leam and striated for it to be synthol. he has zero acne, zero barrel stomach action. hard word and the right diet brehs.. you can do it too.

I know someone who did like close to 100 push ups a day and got pretty big. Nowhere near that size though

If anything that makes it less likely to believe. To build an increase in muscle you need to have a progression in resistance. At some point your body is going to need 40,60,80,100 until you plateau. Eventually your body is going to need more.
Yep, and also the fact that if you are working out the same muscle group every day you aren't going to get results and will actually do more harm than good. Your muscles grow during the repairing process ie days you aren't lifting.

And pushups can only work out so many muscle groups, no way dude got them biceps or abs just off doing pushups. Impossible and he's clearly on shyt.

Y'all don't understand dude said the result of him doing 20 push-ups a day is why his chest is so big. But he's been doing it for years, 20 push-ups won't get you nowhere, now 100 that's different.

Shyt like that is true and def adds up, let's say for example dude is 25 years old and has been doing 20 push-ups since he was 13 that's almost 4500 push-ups right there. That adds up. If anyone doesn't believe me look up Hershel Walkers story, there's a reason why he was built like an NFL player in high school using only body weight.

I can vouch from experience I used to do 50-100 push-ups everyday from age 13-17. Sure I had a lil mass on me, but nothing special. When I started weight training my chest blew up, in fact it's still my biggest muscle and I don't even hit it like that.
Herschel was doing like 600 push ups 200 pull ups and like 1000 sit ups a day plus cardio lmao

Oh dude is Ghanaian. My bro did as well never went to the gym and he big as well. Short Ghanaian guys get big, its all about the Fufu

If you eat Fufu and bank as a diet daily and do push-ups you will get big. I am skinny but the figure is there I just don't work out, and I don't want Fufu as much. Trust Ghanaian and Nigerians be muscular with little effort, it's weird but I think it's the fufu, yams, banku, plantains and such
