Truly underestimating the human body (I haven't watched the video :troll:). Because of my diet and how I grew up, my body is pretty responsive. If I eat like shyt, my body will suffer. When I workout (I'm a pot smoking beer drinking dude on the regular. In my 30s) my body completely changes . I grew up with zero drugs and alcohol so that may be a reason :yeshrug:

The point is that he's putting his chest under tension for a long period of time, years in fact. I never said 20 pushups would lead to muscle growth, but time under tension leads to greater nuclei in the muscle cell which stimulates when under greater tension. The fact of the matter is, when he added resistence, more reps or weight training, this muscle was the first to be stimulated because of the years of tension he put on it which explains why his chest is so big in comparison to the rest of his body.

That's more believable

you dont get big though. if you are working the same muscles the same way every day you plateau and after that point nothing happens. Herschel Walker has said for years that he does 1500 push ups a day and he said he still does that many today. He has never been artificial looking like that dude. that dude is unnatural for sure.

All those prisoners in that video who are swole are on the juice. You can score any drugs in the prison system, and getting in orals into prison isn’t that difficult at all. Those big rounded bloated muscles are sign of oral usage probably Dbol, Anadrol or some prohormone. Prison system is corrupt, why do people listen to low Iq criminals when it comes to exercise science?

No sport scientist, exercise scientist or sport nutritionist who have developed and created the finest athlete in the world would recommend cathletics or bodyweight training to get swole. Yet we meant to take the word of prison inmates and youtubers?

in prison you are fed, and you have nothing else to do but exercise. Also the body produces more testosterone to protect itself because you are in a hostile environment.

The dude im talking about was a skinny Jamaican. Just a regular nikka who rarely went to gym

nikka did his 200 push-ups for x amount of months, got cut and that's it.

He had to workout get to a plateau

I disagree, all dude said was if you want a big chest, do 20 push ups a day. That's it.

I can cosign this all the way, bench press, barbell presses never did much for my chest but when I do 25 push ups a day for a week, it looks like I have bullet proof armor under my shirt.

Now he didn't. He grew up overweight and was bullied. Which is what motivating him to do all those push ups to get in shape.

It's easy for someone who is fat to get swole like him if they put in the work.

A skinny person would have a harder time putting on mass but would be ripped like bruce lee.

I guess myself and my friends who were in the Army where we did 100 to 200 a day are all swole.
