To everyone saying he is lying, he is saying he did 20 push-ups a day from age 14 till now.... I think he's like 24 :dame:
doesn't make a difference if you do 20 pushups a day for 100 years you'll stay the same
if he's not increasing reps + diversifying workout and diet then he's lying :pachaha:

I'm currently trying to bulk, and I literally eat the same things everyday...except dinner.

yall underestimate pure west african genes. As long as you eat right and aint a couch potato, you can maintain a solid body. Especially if youre younger.
I don't care how good your genes are, you are not getting swole and ripped off 20 pushups alone. You are not hitting any sort of hypertrophy with that shyt.
