in high school i was the skinniest nikka alive, straight bird chest, couldnt bench press or nothing, all i did was play basketball. I hit that second stage puberty and developed pecs and got toned af. To this date i will rarely touch a weighted gym equipment and all i do is playbasketball and a few ab workouts i'm still cut af.

You play basketball. You're using a lot of muscles and also burning fat that leads to more tone definition.

However even people who ball frequently Don't look like OP. That is not basketball muscle gain.

Actually it's very likely and I'm saying this from personal experience. Obviously he works out other body parts as well

Also he looks huge because he has very low body fat and he's using the fish eye camera lenses to appear even bigger. I bet you dude is no taller than 5'8" weighing 160lbs Max.

Push ups are great at isolating your pectoral muscles.

There are a few people around that are born with a muscular condition that allows them to gain muscle without doing anything but that shyt super rare and I cant find it anywhere so I cant even say for sure that that's 100% true. If you believe this 20 push ups a day bullshyt tho kill yourself because you dumb as a box a rocks :mjlol:

Then you're a freak of nature. How tall are you ? Balling builds muscle but I notice it's mostly a leaner muscle build. Not a bodybuilding style of body.

If you're on the stockier side though then I understand it.

I went to school with a couple of brehs like that. They were twins. They were just ripped as shyt. Fast as hell, and could jump out the damn gym. Them dudes were just gifted.

We'd be putting in mad work in the weight room and they'd be like :umad: :umad::bryan::bryan:. RIP Vel :mjcry:
