Y'all don't understand dude said the result of him doing 20 push-ups a day is why his chest is so big. But he's been doing it for years, 20 push-ups won't get you nowhere, now 100 that's different.

Shyt like that is true and def adds up, let's say for example dude is 25 years old and has been doing 20 push-ups since he was 13 that's almost 4500 push-ups right there. That adds up. If anyone doesn't believe me look up Hershel Walkers story, there's a reason why he was built like an NFL player in high school using only body weight.

I can vouch from experience I used to do 50-100 push-ups everyday from age 13-17. Sure I had a lil mass on me, but nothing special. When I started weight training my chest blew up, in fact it's still my biggest muscle and I don't even hit it like that.
It doesn't add up.

20 push up per day alone is not giving you that level of mass and shape around the entire pectoral muscle.

To think otherwise is lacking and under standing of science and common sense.

It's very apparent you don't know what you're talking about.
There are nikkas in prison locked in their cell for 23 hours out the day, and do NOTHING but pushups & situps and come out lookin like WARRIORS.

Refer to my above reply to Giselle.

I believe they have weights in jail and other things that they use as weights.

yall nikkas must be :flabbynsick: or :mjpls:
in high school i was the skinniest nikka alive, straight bird chest, couldnt bench press or nothing, all i did was play basketball. I hit that second stage puberty and developed pecs and got toned af. To this date i will rarely touch a weighted gym equipment and all i do is playbasketball and a few ab workouts i'm still cut af.

:umad: cac

Bruh you really think dude in video got like that off 20 pushups a day??? Really?:russ:

Walker also claimed he only eats one meal a day and the meal is soup :martin:

as a dude who's naturally muscular, i can say this dude aint lying. i hate working out like mutherfuccker. so i dont. but i get asked every time by everyone what my workout routine is. in high school, i was very active and played street basketball alot. and from that, i was cut. even then, people thought i was pumping iron.

so with a natural physique like that, if i were to do 20 push up like this dude said, and keep at it continuously, i can see how u'd be cut up. also, the diet is very important here. and by that, i mean not too eating too much. im not talking about changing ur diet. if u just consume less calories and u do these pushups and u already got that natural physique, u will be swole. notice i mentioned THREE big IFs...which most people aint doing or got.

i use to be embarrassed when id go to the gym (the very few times i did go) and would be out in 15 minutes cause thats the max i can tolerate  but then i look around and notice i'm far more muscular than most so they cant say sh1t.,

:mjlol: you believe him 2 I see:russ:

Actually it's very likely and I'm saying this from personal experience. Obviously he works out other body parts as well

Also he looks huge because he has very low body fat and he's using the fish eye camera lenses to appear even bigger. I bet you dude is no taller than 5'8" weighing 160lbs Max.

Push ups are great at isolating your pectoral muscles.

He needs more than 20 a day tho man,her doing more than 20 a day,he trolling hard.

20 pushups...:russ:.....if you've never done a pushup a day in your life, you'll probably sit there thinking oh wow....but 20 pushups are basic as shyt, takes you less than a minute to crank out 20. :stopitslime:
I do 3 sets of 50 push ups every morning, not even including my regular work outs. Thats just to get a pump for the morning. The body gets used to anything that simple. 20 push ups will literally do nothing for someone after a few weeks even if you start absolutely pathetic

My man I don't care if he was doing 20 a day from the moment he came out the p*ssy, eventually and very quickly his muscles will get used to 20 reps a day,he's not using enough resistance nor weight to stress the muscle and make it grow,y'all can't be this gullible
