I think you feel like I was questioning your routine. I could give the smallest of damns about that.

If you are saying dude reached that level of mass with 20 push-ups a day only then you aren't very smart. If you are saying he didn't then that's been my stance the entire time and you just enjoy using a keyboard.

Not just that, there are weights in prison.


Every prison doesn't have weights, in fact more and more prisons are removing the weights from prisons cause nikkas in there are turning into mutant gorilla warriors, and the guards cant control them.

Lol...yeah right. You can get swole fast but not from push-ups no matter how many you do or how long. In fact push-ups won't get you big no matter how long you do them. The only way to get swole fast is hop on them roids and prohormones and eat like no tomorrow.

Naturally you should be able to get big assuming you have decent genes but it's going to take you a long ass time unless you hit the genetic lottery.

most prisons don't have weights anymore, also you don't need to weights to get big, you can use body weight to build muscle. Also the only way to get big is to eat more calories than you burn.

If someone is veiny and look like they are about to bust out of their skin without working out recently and just lazing around , that shyt isn't natural.

Not saying that you won't look built when natural but when your skin looks like cheap leather and have a mild case of paralyzation that is more times than not a sign of drugs.

You can get that look while working out and exerting yourself in the moment but not if you're just chilling the whole day.
A lot of people can get there but it's physically impossible because the human body is meant to have some fat. More then the 7-8% that extremely ripped people have.

clearly this dude lifts, he's lifting in other videos on his channel.

I think he's saying that doing 20 pushups a day will get your chest looking right

but I do know that Rickey Henderson was notorious for not lifting weights, and he was built like a tank from just doing sit ups and pushups:

during one game i was watching while he was with the blue jays, the announcers were talking about how he would do 200 push ups before bed
