clearly this dude lifts, he's lifting in other videos on his channel.

I think he's saying that doing 20 pushups a day will get your chest looking right

but I do know that Rickey Henderson was notorious for not lifting weights, and he was built like a tank from just doing sit ups and pushups:

during one game i was watching while he was with the blue jays, the announcers were talking about how he would do 200 push ups before bed

This isn't really a refute to what you are saying but when start using Rickey Henderson and Herschel Walker as examples we are talking about freak athletes , next level guys.

naw a lot of states have started to get rid of the weights, the newer federal prisons don't have free weights.

They passed some bill saying they won't add new equipment, so when the old equipment degrades completely there will be no more free weights in prison.

I been in the joint. Stop it. State and Federal are two different type joints.

It could be possible but 20 seems too low. I did 100 push ups almost everday when I was in high school and that took a few months for me to get swole.

People are stupid, like if you took a step back and used logic for a second,why would someone work out,and only do 20 push ups? If you getting these crazy gains why would you stop at 20? Why not see what gains you can make with 40 push ups a day,or 60,80,100,or an actual work out regime,but nah,we supposed to beleave he just decided tO work out for only 30 seconds a day every day and say okay I had a satisfied work out I'm done :comeon:

some of y'all who say: "20 pushups a day is beliveable because he has good genetics" never worked out the day of your life. if the homie in the video would of say 200-500 pushups a day I would believe, but 20 pushups though? :skip:

This man is 60 years old and he does 700 pushups in the morning, 10 sets of pull ups and dips, EVERY DAY
