I agree....I just don't understand and I'm waiting for one of the coli experts to explain this to me why are teams switching on Steph:mindblown:.. It makes no sense to put a center on a guard who has unlimited range..with no help..
Sometimes a center ends up on a guard just to avoid giving up an open shot. Goldenstate is very good at setting picks(legal and illegal). In other words it's not by design to have illyasloweva on curry.

So he was supposed to have his hands up the entire time just to get beat off the dribble?

He actually SHOULD'VE allow himself to get beat off the dribble in an attempt to force Curry to step inside the 3 point line....he should've been pressed up on Curry with his hands up.

Leaving an elite point guard, with elite dribbling ability/quickness as well as just so being the GOAT shooter, on an island with your Center is horrible coaching.

You gotta double him & chase him off the 3 point line.

Curry taking 2's is >>> then Curry taking 3's as far as trying to beat the Warriors.

I don't understand why everyone plays him straight up...dude is already on fire from 3 when he steps off the jet. Double Curry from the opening tip off, play tight on Klay Thompson, and force Barnes/Green/Bogut to beat you.

:ohhh:

Its not even complicated, bring help off the perimeter force the ball back outside to Barnes or Green and have the help defender slide quickly off the help back to the perimeter when its out of |Currys hands..Its an easy philosophy yet i see nobody do it... they just continually allow them to get the switches they want and allow them to fire open shots...

I don't understand it breh:manny:

Curry is incredible wide open and in single coverage from 30 feet away....why so many teams think 1 man can guard him, and then they would actually have a chance to beat the Warriors, is mind boggling to me:mindblown:

He needs to be hard doubled & trapped all game long & Klay needs tight pressure applied to him as well, because he's great from 3 as well. Only chance you have to beat the Warriors is to get them away from the 3 pt line and let Barnes, Green, and Bogut attempt to kill you.

It's almost like the same principles of "The Jordan Rule" just updated for the2016. "The Curry Rule":wow:

A thread with 80 replies about Steph making a shot :dead:
Does a new thread need to be made every time? Just make one stickied Curry slobfest thread and merge this stuff. Last game he was 1 for 10 for three, now he's back to being unguardable again
