8:05 there are 2 chicks at my club that do the EXACT same thing. When they are done "working their arms" they depress with their knees.

- Bring cross fit equipment onto the free weight floor, the thing that's really annoying is this huge block they throw over (to simulate tyres) and it makes loud noises when the block hits the floor.
- Use one of the 3 bench press benches to do dumbbell presses (when there are press specific benches available).
- Do dips between 2 benches. We have dip stations.
- Put clamps on the smith machine.
