This dude is legit stronger than everyone in that gym and maybe even on here. Do you know how much overall body strength you have to do these exercises?!?!
None of that isolation stuff either. You're engaging all kinds of stabilizer muscle groups doing this.
I've been doing a hybrid bodyweight/weights routine. I'm gonna try to go 100% bodyweight. I'm not tryna be diesel but I'll settle for a ripped body and functional strength. Plus its better for injury prevention.
