This dude is legit stronger than everyone in that gym and maybe even on here. Do you know how much overall body strength you have to do these exercises?!?! :wow:

None of that isolation stuff either. You're engaging all kinds of stabilizer muscle groups doing this.

I've been doing a hybrid bodyweight/weights routine. I'm gonna try to go 100% bodyweight. I'm not tryna be diesel but I'll settle for a ripped body and functional strength. Plus its better for injury prevention.
