Funny thing about leaving the gym and coming back
It's always a lot easier to get back to where you were before as long as you don't fall completely out of shape or stay away for years

That first week was TERRIBLE... probably the worst workouts in my life.
Week 2 shyt is getting a lil easier again. Just really taking my time. Next week I will probably focus more on lightweights, focus on specific body parts, and cardio.
I also had to switch my diet up. My girl sent me her diet plan and I was trying to follow that shyt, eating like 1200 calories a day (I’m 200lbs.. tf I look like lifting anything close to 225lbs on 1200 calories?)
So now I dumped her diet, switched to a Keto-ish, intermittent fast and seeing how it works out.
