So do people in this thread choose to be ignorant or is it something else.

The property is minutes from downtown Seattle, has quality public schools nearby, and is part of a overpopulated area where major tech companies call home?

Yes the property is expensive, but it’s not the house you should be looking at. The land and where it’s located is the value.

As I said above.

2 blocks from Discovery Park. 8 minute drive to Discover Park beach, 18 minute drive to Golden Gardens beach. Elementary school 9/10, middle 7/10, High 9/10 ratings. It's a nice safe neighborhood with close proximity to many things.

On the same block there are 4 houses valued at over 1 million and 15 over 800K. The house is terrible, but people who are looking to live in what many people deem a livable location won't see the house, but see the land it's on and see that they can build a much nicer house and make money off it in the future.

The house is 15 minutes from downtown Seattle, near large corporations and many restaurants.

This is what location means. It might not be for you, but the fact that someone will buy this property lets you know that others view this as a nice location.

Dudes here always posting shyt in a vacuum to get daps. I know this is TLR but that shouldn’t stop you from thinking things through.

Yeah, 'the land' is a lot of smart, dumb talk, when partiularly referring to this property, and it's surrounding locating, which is quite shytty!!
:mjlol: You can’t use that “location” bs for every overpriced hubble. Especially not some meth house in Seattle. :mjlol:

No one who isn’t tied to Seattle or taking advantage of something is going “ wow I want to pay over half a mil for a basement in an ok neighborhood close to a Seattle beach.”

Like thats a rare flex. I’ve never even heard Seattle come up in conversation.

But hey man, people are paying 3k a month for a bunk in San Fran to see hookers take shyts outside their door every morning. So what do I know :mjlol:

I’m literally 5 minutes from 3 beaches and parks right now. Around black people and not in Seattle. And it’s not raining on the roof of my trap house.

I’ll be “wrong”. :mjlol:

Them NY, Seattle and La home prices are for retards. I see why everybody living i tents o. Skidrow.:sas2:

Not sure where either of you live, but what is the average salary for where you live and what does the job market look like?
