You can’t use that “location” bs for every overpriced hubble. Especially not some meth house in Seattle. No one who isn’t tied to Seattle or taking advantage of something is going “ wow I want to pay over half a mil for a basement in an ok neighborhood close to a Seattle beach.”

They say 2,000 new people arrive here every week, that high influx really did a number on the market. Almost all the historical black population sold their homes in the central district and moved the hell out. The people coming in have the money and ain't no homeowner gonna turn down an insane offer.
