You plan on selling or staying for it to stack some more?But for regular folk, you can get much more bang for your dollar in other places that are just as good. Though I don't know why the neighborhood supposedly special.
And them Asians buying up houses everywhere because they got too much money, not because of location.

What's special about it because I just did a street view
2 blocks from Discovery Park. 8 minute drive to Discover Park beach, 18 minute drive to Golden Gardens beach. Elementary school 9/10, middle 7/10, High 9/10. It's a nice safe neighborhood with close proximity to many things.
It will also be torn down and a 3 story house will replace it.
Seattle is NICE, but very expensive. It is what it is, man. I know someone who sold a two-bedroom townhome right off downtown for $700,000. He showed me pics of his place and I literally was like “that’s it?”

Magnolia isnt to far from the water at all in fact its by Discovery Park where there is a beach but not like a Cali beach...like I said you aren't familiar with the area....What's special about it because I just did a street view

Oh I'll be here for a while bruh....property value continues to rise...yeah the rain sucks but it's not as bad as you would think....we have a high asian population that live here and trust me they are very picky about where they live....especially the ones that have money....I talk to alot of these cats because they know I'm into sneakers and get everything I want so in turn they put me on to alot of their real estate tactics...its pretty damn interesting the way they operate....That's what up.
