As I said above.

2 blocks from Discovery Park. 8 minute drive to Discover Park beach, 18 minute drive to Golden Gardens beach. Elementary school 9/10, middle 7/10, High 9/10 ratings. It's a nice safe neighborhood with close proximity to many things.

On the same block there are 4 houses valued at over 1 million and 15 over 800K. The house is terrible, but people who are looking to live in what many people deem a livable location won't see the house, but see the land it's on and see that they can build a much nicer house and make money off it in the future.

The house is 15 minutes from downtown Seattle, near large corporations and many restaurants.

This is what location means. It might not be for you, but the fact that someone will buy this property lets you know that others view this as a nice location.
fukk outta here. they got zombies out there off that fentanyl and shyt. lmao at your rationalization for getting ripped off.
my house is 2000 sq/ft for 190K / 3br 2 full baths, bathroom in the master bedroom, backyard and a in ground swimming pool, 2 car garage in a major city in a nice neighborhood :mjlol:

People keep saying “location” but have said nothing popping about the location, other than an Asian will build a bigger house on it. :mjlol:

You don't call rain 5 days a week, a bad sports scene and swaths of homeless people meandering the streets poppin huh :skip:

Yet another thread showing how simple mofos are here.

Whoever is going to buy that, is going to tear that fukken house down and build something worth at least 3 times.

It is beside a park and minutes from downtown.

I was in Seattle for a day and all I remember is the traffic and how much of it there was.

Also as breh said the property is in between 2 septic tanks ie waste all it takes is for a leak in the pipe and your entire yard is covered in shyt.
Put a hard concrete foundation ontop of it and carve out a path it it overflows?!?:ld:

It rains a lot yeah, can’t argue that. Though it’s more grey skies then rain actually.

Bad sports scene? How do you figure?

Seattle isn’t for everyone. Recently I’ve even wanted to move, but between my wives family here, my jobs headquarters is located here in a profession that pretty much only exists here and in NYC and LA. I’ll stick with Seattle.

Yes, downtown and a few neighborhoods have junkies, but for the most part nothing to worry about in most areas.

As for your house. Mine is similar is size minus the backyard pool. Paid 380K for it and could sell it for over 700 in just a few years of owning. Made easy money that most parts of the country you’d never make in a house.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.

When I worked at Compass a high end real estate company I saw small homes in ATL that were about the same price as the house you showed in your first post on Seattle.

So it depends on the area.

Them NY, Seattle and La home prices are for retards. I see why everybody living i tents o. Skidrow.:sas2:

No tents in NYC a lot of the buildings you see in our hoods are actually homeless shelters.

But I imagine we have no tents because it’s either way too cold or too humid here.

You got to be a c00n to want to live in that depressing ass city. Yeah yeah I know it's known for the outdoors, but fukk that shyt. I went there for the 49ers game and the majority was cac and white washed Asians.

The sad shyt it is the homeless teenage population there. How the fukk did that happen?:what:

The general belief is that this “value” is overstated. You have to sacrifice so much just to live in an area that people THINK is nice. Unless being next to a beach is a MUST HAVE, the price of that house is ridiculous. Not to mention, it doesn’t seem, at a glance, that the increase in pay is proportionate to the increase in housing costs in that area. It’s more, but is it THAT MUCH more?

I could get a place in the middle of downtown Atlanta that’s twice the size and that already has nice finishes and a good school district for the same price.... but I also don’t need to live next to the beach.

But if the beach is that important to you... buy it. And possibly be house poor because you like Seattle beaches.

No offense but I doubt the people who buy pricey homes are house poor.

Also most of the foreclosures in this country aren’t from people who live in pricey homes.
