300 murders a year
So many artist that took they time got creative and composed music with the thought of creating all time classics.

Not this create a sing a long catch phrase recycle the same sound only do it for the money and flossing ass bullshyt we got now

What makes it worst is your considered lame if you actually decide to be creative and fans won't accept you if you don't sound exactly like the next man and display a 2 year old level of speaking

We live in a fast paced ratchet society. Our music is strictly for commodity today.

Our music now is made for children and immature adults. Classics back then were made for all ages. Now it is ball about sex and ratchet shyt

Like it or not ... every song on the list is a classic ...

And I have a quiz for y'all ... how many of those 100 song sound the same ???? now compare that to the similiarity of todays top 100

you rock with gerald levert?
^yep. gerald was a cool dude with cool songs. he was a smart dude musically as well. the actual group levert was even better.

a few of the most underrated songs from that top 100 rnb list i posted:
after 7 - baby i'm for real
chante moore - loves taken over
alexander oneal - love makes no sense (his discography circa 1985-1993 is severely underrated)
christopher williams - all i see (very underrated song and album)
mary j blige - love no limit
etc.

and then theres plenty of other songs that were moderate hits back in 1993 but just didnt make the top 100:

songs from xscape, en vogue, mint condition, intro, etc there was just good music coming from left and right with people that can actually hold a note.....unlike today.

My Pops Forever RIP
Whoop there it is, rump shaker and informer all in front of a classic like g thang. I hope this will help put to rest the thought some of these nikkas have that only classics were popping in the 90's. It was just as much bull shyt or more than it is now, y'all just try to tune it out

:pacspit: Informer was the OG Stop Snitching track before the stupid shirts.
he wouldnt have made it as a rapper.

his only shot would be to blow up as a pop-rapper like rico suave or some chit.

Hate on Gerardo all you want, Rico Suave basically kept the lights on at Interscope til Death Row and Nine Inch Nails got there
