You gotta love it. You'll be sitting hours upon hours in front of a computer looking at code, trying to make a computer think like a human. I'm selfing learning Front-Web Development (using Udemy,Udacity) and I'm on Javascript (not Java!).
I feel like my eyes are bleeding sometimes. But the endgame is to be able to work from anywhere in the world. You gotta have a goal that keeps you going because this is a different way of thinking. I suck at math. Like almost failed high school bad.
Surprisingly, a lot of it is Algebra and I'm going
a lot because some of it is coming back to me. So don't think you need to be a math wiz or anything. But again, you have to want it.
Software, web dev, etc you have to stay on top of your knowledge base. Things can change next month and your back to learning something new again.
