Most white men in good positions are there because of a hookup, or someone saw themselves in that white man. White men want to see potential in other white men. They don’t see themselves in us. So when I see a non white person in a good position, I assume they are qualified. From what I’ve seen at various jobs, the white people are no bettter than anyone else.

They put a young medicore one on and they see themselves at a young age or do their frat brother a favor by hooking his son up. The bigger aspect of this level of being on code is to guarantee that the next ones up fill in their soon to be vacant shoes in middle/upper middle class. And it’s done one good job at a time.
This is rampant at the corporate level — we’ve all see in it.
Sub medicore CACling will get put on and have all the time in the world to suck at the job (like his predecessor) just as long as he brings a certain “culture” to the table AND will uphold some simple rules. And one of those rules is to keep that institutional foot on brehs necks and mos def don’t easily “let” one excel when an opportunity of that caliber could go to one of their brethren.
Remember, the hard work was done for these fools 150-200+ years ago. Their forefathers did so much dirt + dirty work that all they have to do is uphold the guidelines those forefathers laid down: stay on code, keep it in the “family” and don’t let brehs rise up by any means — and if so do whatever necessary to squash it even if it means chaos.
Brehs need to wake up and realize these devils been on demon time since day one. Just because you realize it hundreds of years later doesn’t mean it just started.
