As far as we know Sting has not signed at press time, but the feeling is it's a foregone conclusion he's coming in. The feeling is that he won't be rushed into a match at WrestleMania, and we're told the working idea right now is for him to perhaps be the new Raw General Manager.

2 problems here:

1. Sting has to restrain that goofball TNA mic work, that stuff is instant and channel change.

2. The Authority runs both shows no use having him out there getting clowned like Lil Bischoff and Vickie with no real match making power

They honestly need to do away with the gm role all together .




Still don't see the need for Sting to wrestle in the current wwe, In the end I see him getting signed just in time to be the last hall of fame entrant this year and getting a DVD.

While Sting had to officially sign with WWE as of this past weekened, The Observer is also reporting that his contract is currently being worked on and is nearly finished. Right now, it's being said they are working on the merchandising part of the deal.

As numerous reports have said, Sting is not expected to be used at WrestleMania 30 this year. While plans can always change, WWE will most likely use Sting's debut in WWE to boost up WrestleMania 31 next year in California.

We will see him before then, but waiting until next year is smart since he is billed being from Cali. Also if they do get him signed (which it a forgone conclusion) I'm sure they will debut him at Mania this year. I don't really want to see him in the ring but if they're hellbent on him wrestling I just hope he gets in shape because I don't want to see Steve Sting Holmes in WWE.

- Regarding Sting's status with WWE, it's said that he is ready to sign but it's just not seen as a big deal internally and not a high priority. We noted before that Sting likely won't wrestle at WrestleMania XXX this year. There are people pushing for Sting to work WrestleMania XXX but those people don't have a lot of power.
