Payin Debts.... N40

How many of us are even getting to that level of employment in those industries? Or even more or less...getting their foot in the door of those industries?Even if you're right, I'm pretty sure there's a rap department at Epic. You would think they would have blacks handling that, not a boardroom full of whites. It's no excuse. Howard, Spelman, Morehouse, FAMU spit out 10,000 kids every year but, it's all whites next to LA Reid. Why are they there?
Go to 1:43young Thug actually said that shyt?![]()
Where is the thread to the outrage of that statement?
That's a bit of a stretch, there are way worse things that happen to black people in the last 30 years. In fact rap helped uplift us when we were deep into the shyt, so I can't give rap that title. It is a lot of negative but, you can get something out of it, I can't say that for the criminal justice system that has hurt the community more then rap, along with hard drugs, but even with soft "drugs" like herb, you can get some money out of it and turn your life around, even though you are risking your life in more ways then one.and people wanna get mad at me when i say rap music is fukking trash and the worst thing to happen to black people in the last 30 years
but keep giving these bums video views on world star tho![]()

The system of injustice hurt black people more then rap, people say that to make it seem like blacks are all fukked up just because we did it to ourselves, I'm not falling for that simple logic.
I see what you saying as far as the labels, and buffoonery, but, I can't agree with the people see you as a fukked up person even though you aren't. Talk to any older person who was doing well, and they will tell you, police always thought negative of them regardless of what they were wearing or driving. Rap didn't start that., that is ingrained in this racist society. Why do you think songs were made about police harassing them when they had nice things? You can go back to any point in American history, and regardless of what a black person is doing, specifically black men, if he isn't docile, he will be portrayed negatively. When rap came out, it wasn't negative, yet rappers were still seen as negative, and its because they weren't ashamed of being manly, and showed it with pride. That is seen as threatening to racists whites. I seen it with my own eyes, this isn't some shyt I'm making up. If you talk gentle, act sissified, or just don't speak up, you can glide through life but if you want to be a man, you will always have someone finding something negative about you. LL cool J rhymed the best about this shyt:nah when i say that i dont mean it in that "blacks did it to themselves" way. not at all. the people who control these rap labels are the ones that did it to blacks.
i see rap as a modern day version of the post slavery black face. the whites and jews found a way to say "hey! we dont have to put on black face and act dumb and violent to make amerikkka hate/fear/look down on the black man. if we just pay them enough and promote this shyt enough, we can get them to do it themselves!"
maybe it isnt the WORST, but its pretty bad when u can be a black man with a harvard phd but if u go out on a relaxed day and just wear some sweats and a hoody and go to walmart and climb out of your 2014 benz to buy a garden hose, every body assumes "gangsta rapper" unless u are 6'6 and ripped in which case they assume "athlete".
cops make these same assumptions too.
This shyt remind me of this Roots scene .. skip to 19.55

"I call it nice, you call it a 'drug car'
I say 'disco', you call it a 'drug bar'
I say 'nice guy', you call me Mr. Good Bar
I made progress, you say, "Not that far"
I just started it, you're searchin my car
But all my paperwork is up to par
It's in my Uncle's name, so the frame won't work
punk- illegal search"
They just like to use rap as an excuse, but, a person who studies this countries history knows that is bullshyt, and a scapegoat.
