Jersey. The 25-29 y/o bracket is about 50/50. 30+ you're dealing with single mothers.

yeah bruh you might need to migrate to NYC or Philly. all my jersey partnas bounced after high school and never look back
Not so much about settling but if you find somebody you click with it's better to start building with them early as opposed to thinking you are too young and wanting to avoid commitment.
while there's a lot of 30+ single childless black women out there, I've seen they usually fall into two categories. they were either so focused on school/establishing career (you can def. work with this type) or they are just bat shyt crazy. I do remember other day on Tinder I matched this cute 34 y/o chick. her profile read 'I'm the girl your mom has been waiting for you to bring home". first thing she start talking about after I get her laughing a little bit is how she's such a great catch and said a lot of guys she meets just aren't ready for a woman like her.

I shook my head and reminded myself why usually if you see a 34+ y/o chick who's attractive, yet single & childless, while wanting a relationship, then 8 times out of 10 she prolly got some major issues that no dude is signing up for.
