That's why I look at people that say places like New York and LA are the places to be like.
I don't give a shyt about how do dope the nightlife is; however, aspects such as standard of living do matter to me.
Where I live, $1,200 is a mortgage on a decent 3 bedroom 1 bath home in a solid neighborhood, but in New York and Cali that's barely getting you a little small studio apartment.
I remember when my wife and I were looking at homes before we purchased the one we live in, a nice front and back yard, with a 2-3 car garage and at least 3-4 bedrooms were things we were not compromising on.
We ended up exceeding our expectations and even getting a house with a swimming pool. Same home we live in here would run 3-4 million in Cali for example.
I've seen the joints out there that go for like $500,000 and they look like the rent houses we we bought for about 40-50K here.
