You will see both African American and people of color, you will also note that it is talking about a period BEFORE the 1960s and after the 30s, we can very safely assume that the people of color that were being unfairly denied these benefits included Black children.

So it’s not a targeted article on any demographic specifically and it doesn’t focus on the effects of welfare on the black family structure. Thank you

Did that extended family include working black males:fathers. I don’t think y’all know who the fukk y’all talking too…. I am born and raised on the cradle of all this… and was halfway reared by Grandparents on both sides born as early as 1905……

The broken families you bullshytting about was in the minority and was mostly saved either due to strong matriarchs getting assisted by the government somehow, and mostly patriarchs that held it down for everybody
Have you even talked to your grandparents about their upbringing? Blacks were still heavily into farming and agriculture. That's why the Social Security Act excluded agriculture and domestic workers. An uncle that has a farm can support extended family, as his farm is his job. Bro, you are so lost.

COLLECTIVELY....the black community is kinda in shambles with all the tension between black people, gender wars, poverty, how vulnerable we are and shyt

Yeah, only "kinda" :rudy: and only if brehs subscribe to all of the above...still doesn't imply "destroyed" which means we are no longer capable of getting right in life and none of us are prosperous

A man who abandons his family can still be a vital economic benefit to the black community. He can be employed or start a business. He can buy from other black businesses and buy land. They can even vote. A black man in jail can do none of that.
Yeah, but a man gainfully employed is much much less likely to abandon his responsibilities as a father, friend.
