Real talk. Just buy some of those storage sheds from Home Depot and make yourself a house for under $25kMight as well do that Home Depot deal for 16k on a lot...looks way better than this gay shyt. The 4 bedroom I'll be renting looks like a mini mansion compared to this...lol
Asians buy up entire floors and sit on it that's why. We introduced a 15% tax on foreigners to address it.What neighborhood is that, Kensington?
Real estate problems are interesting in Toronto because they actually build a lot of high density housing. Driving on that main highway you see nothing but cranes building new tenements. First time I went to Toronto I thought it looked kind of "soviet" due to all the drab highrise apts you can see from the highway
Proves that increasing density isn't the easy solution you see a lot of people act like it is (NYC should have already dispelled that notion honestly)
Vancouver got all the exotical models who couldn’t make it in LA
They all have low self esteem issues and down bad
A little misleading. Most of the developers building high rises are building for wealthy people. People investing and leaving their apartments empty Also creates shortage. Also with wealthy properties just because it’s bigger doesn’t mean it’s adding more housing. What neighborhood is that, Kensington?
