Def not. Boxing is very limited compared to Muay Thai. Muay Thai uses punches, elbows, kicks, knees, headbutts, clinch work and even throws.

okay cool what good are those tools if you can’t use them. In order to use them you need distance and proper angles. The Thai Stance isn’t built for the speed, angle and finesse of a boxer.

You also gotta get within arms reach to use boxing. How can you use boxing in an enclosed space like say a bar or a restroom or some shyt. You wont always have the room to utilize footwork nor have range. In thai boxing you have the clinch, knees and elbows up close. Its a more well rounded skill set.
