Sadly we're moving far away from Male Authority and leadership in the Black Community. Black Women are in charge and are the ultimate authority.. 
The Men still take the brunt of the blame but that's just how things go in Matriarchy.

He should be focused on the black boys who actually want to be there, stay out of trouble and do what theyre supposed to do. We baby YNs way to much.

One thing i will say is alot of these coaches do way too much. And having a white coach is practically a pipeline to c00ning. They will get disrespectful and just expect you to accept it.

Yes, many Black Women have been raised to not trust nor desire a Black Man to lead a household she's in. I think a lot of children have been raised this way also, were they're uncomfortable with male authority and leadership.

The majority of black women that are in relationships are dating or married to a black man. You can think what you want to think, but the reality is that good male leadership is respected within the community. And it is not always posted online. There are black men teaching boys combat sports,sports,fishing. Education and different trades. And yeah they are women that have been raised without that positive father figure. But those women can learn to appreiate a good male figure.
This is why I tell brehs to stop watching manosphere content because it pushes a false narrative, and it skews your perception of things.

And this is why we have so many brothers behind bars and underground. Prioritizing and following the whims of immature, insecure, damaged women is the fast track to misery AND a fukked up community.
The irony of course being that being pressed for p*ssy will get you less while not being pressed for it and standing on your principles is actually gonna get you more. If you handle your business as a man and have willpower and self respect and make good choices you dont end up in such situations. Real chicks want their kids to have a strong bond with their dad, even if she don't fukk with him. I get your point and agree to a point. But the dynamics of their reality is also the problem that we are trying to address. You cant fix something by leaving it be. You cant correct something without understanding what correct is.
So yeah, you gotta meet them where they are at but you also have to have expectations where they could be. Even as a man with guidance that can be uncomfortable but its necessary.
