Sadly we're moving far away from Male Authority and leadership in the Black Community. Black Women are in charge and are the ultimate authority..
The Men still take the brunt of the blame but that's just how things go in Matriarchy.

Which is why the girls need that same discipline every bit as much as the boys.

The wild thing is that we're at a point where even saying this becomes divisive or controversial. Boys need fathers or father figures. It is essential. And preferably they need a father in the home. That's not possible in every home and I'm not saying those who don't have a father in the home are bad...but it's clear based on all data a father in the home is the ideal/best setup.
So much of the red pill bullshyt is the product of absent fathers. Having an active father who shows you what it looks like to take care of/love his wife makes it less likely that a boy can hear nonsense like "men should get rid of their gf/wife once she hits 35" and the other insane shyt Andrew Tate types say. I got a cousin who doesn't have a dad in his life and man...best way I reach him is just asking him WHY he thinks such and such. Showing these boys how weird those views are is the best way to combat it. Not even in an aggressive way. Just in a life way.

I think girls should be punished differently than boys. A bit softer approach.
Negroes want to act like the United States govt didn't actively have a program to eradicate strong Black male leadership (COINTELPRO) which partially explains why the Black community is run by women and fakkits

Outside of law enforcement and the national government, none of that really says Black women are in charge.
Even if all of those odds were against black men, we still make more on average than black women. You'd think black women would be outpacing us in every threshold, but that's not the case.
Boys and girls need the same shyt...love, attention, correction, understanding, support, limits/consequences etc. We cant neglect either. We also cant scapegoat or enable either. Far too often each gender tends to ride for their side rather than considering what is best for the overall community.

It's not about money. They control most households bruh. Most family too. Most Black family reunions are full of single parents and a few men.

They don't control the household or the family. You're just battered and bruised into self defeat over social media posts. Can't let that get you down and make comments of black women leading everything when that's not the case.
