What I'm trying to say is camping likely would not be as popular of an activity as it is amongst people if it were documented that bear-human encounters like this happened frequently.

You must be black.

Ideally camping wouldn’t cause anxiety if you’d see and hear other people around because bears and mountain lions typically avoid those areas.

But white people really need to be in isolated areas in the woods so they can “experience the true nature” of camping.

Like they have to, they can’t help it.

I am . We sticking to public parks with campgrounds...don't have no time or curiosity to see what is deep in those woods.
