I'm going to assume, after reading this ignorant statement, that you don't watch much hockey. If you did, you would realize that it is actually very exciting. Out of the 4 major sports, it is definitely the most entertaining to watch live. And this year's NHL playoffs has been better then the NBA playoffs.

You should broaden your horizons my dude.
