Thats why I believe capitalism/classism is probably as worse, if not more, than racism..
People aren’t being directly murdered for being poor/working class.

A poor white guy has more doors opened for him than a poor black man. A rich black man is still treated less than a poor white man.

I had an epiphany about what the game is this year. Our company was only minimally affected by Covid. We made record profits again. Yet every department is short staffed. They shorted everybody on their raises from 3.25 to 2.5 Yet once it came out that we got record profits they took 10 million dollars to buy back stocks while also giving record dividends. So basically instead of reinvesting that profit into the company and either making it right with the employees or even hiring more people to take the stress off the employees they instead just funneled all that money straight to stock holders. It hit me that no matter how hard we work or how much money the company makes we will never see a dime of that money coming back to the workers. I felt guilty for a minute but now happy as hell I stuck them up for a bigger raise.

Sad part is they'll pit workers against each other and we'll bytch about what the next man is making instead of realizing we all should be making a lot more and focusing our attention on the CEOs.

And That is why people tapped out on unregulated capitalism.

Dudes say dumb shyt like just advance , talking like some republicans, ok if everyone did that who would do these “unskilled jobs” and you don’t think the people that do deserve enough to live . Basically you’re a pos . And people toss that around calling it game foh

These posters want these people eating ramen noodles and living off of scraps
People literally don’t care the super wealthy break the rules

but they got endless smoke for poor people who ask the government to make their lives easier. shyt is fukked up.

Capitalism has done quite a number on our heads brehs.

Coli can't handle being criticized and anyone belittling their "efforts" to artifically raise the cost of living
History has been slowly teaching me that they get rid of anybody with a unifying message QUICKLY. I wonder how many others met a similar fate for having similar leanings.

And what’s crazy is they pulled out all the tools. Smear campaigns, racism, deflection, painting him as a passive docile negro, a threat, EVERYTHING....because of the fear of a unified populace.
MLK and the poor people's campaign, if it was successful, a lot of us would have been born into wealth.

B b b bu But the CEO gotta have incentive to go to work. It is his duty to keep people broke, cause he getting money.

I don't know anything about how they died, but I will say one thing.....rich white folk can handle Black people getting voting rights and roll with it, they could handle the Vietnam War ending and roll with it, but you start talking about the rules of capitalism that their very lives are based on and NOTHING is going to motivate them more to take extreme measures than that will.

MLK was specifically and personally encouraged to start the Poor People's Campaign by RFK. There was writing on the wall that the Poor People's Campaign could be the greatest economic justice movement in American history, certainly the biggest post-Depression, and RFK was ready to be the most pro-poor president in American history. I'm not sure if any one action had a bigger impact on the future than someone getting the two of them out of the cut in the same year.

1968, if MLK was RFK's vice president (it was speculated that MLK would have accepted it), it would straight up changed this universe.

Jeff Bezos makes approximately $2,500 every second which means that if he's walking by and finds $2,000 on the sidewalk, It literally wouldn't be worth his time to bend down and pick it up:wow:
That level of wealth is unfathomable
Of course it wouldn't be worth his time, that's what the peon making $15/hour walking behind him is there to do. He wouldn't even need to delegate cause that man already knows his job.

I hope someone mentioned Amazon has robots that move the products off the warehouse shelves and bring it to the cats who pack the orders for shipping. Considering they've already automated such a daunting task, you know it won't be long till the next phase completely eliminates his "high skill" job and he's complaining about the minimum wage being too little as he resorts to flipping burgers :francis:

And this is why the wage debate has stagnated. They’ll let the working class tear each other apart over perceived “levels” while they laugh all the way to the bank.

a $15 minimum wage would force other wages to increase. Unfortunately prices would just get raised to keep people stuck in the same situation
